Host Tim K. sits down in Oahu, Hawaii with Tulsi Gabbard who is currently serving with 1st Special Forces Command as a Lieutenant Colonel. Gabbard was the first American Samoan to ever sit in Congress and she is also the first female combat veteran to run for President.
